A full terrace, orders piling up at the bar, and guests who feel welcome right away: that's what gives you energy! At The Wayward, we're looking for an all-round front-of-house talent who's happy to roll up their sleeves and has an eye for every guest.

You welcome guests with enthusiasm and juggle the reservations until everyone has a great spot. Within your own section, you keep an overview and sense what guests need. Another drink, a question about the menu, or time to settle the bill? You're already there. You also pitch in behind the bar. From a perfectly pulled cappuccino to a full tray: you've got the knack for it.

You switch easily between the bar and the floor, help your colleagues, and love sharing your knowledge and skills. You're also available on weekends. Together, you'll ensure smooth service, a great atmosphere, and guests who keep coming back!

Do you cook with passion and keep a cool head when the orders come pouring in? At The Wayward, we're looking for an independently working cook who brings flavor and keeps oversight. From good mise-en-place to the final finishing touch: you make sure every dish leaves the kitchen with care.

You run your own station in the kitchen independently and lead the brigade where needed. With your ideas and creativity, you help build our kitchen. You share your knowledge, help colleagues move forward, and draw energy from good service together. Stock levels topped up, orders sorted, and a clean workspace? You've got it under control. If the (sous) chef isn't around, you're the point of contact for the front of house.

You have at least one year of experience in a similar role and are also available on weekends. In return, you'll get an enthusiastic team, room for your own input, and opportunities to grow. Together, we make something great out of every service!

Do you keep an overview on a busy floor and get the best out of your team? At The Wayward, we're looking for a floor manager who thinks ahead, pitches in, and makes sure both guests and colleagues feel at home.

Before the doors open, you've got the preparation sorted. You set up the table layout, divide the sections, and discuss any special details with the kitchen. Then you brief the team so everyone's ready for a smooth service. During the busy moments, you stay sharp. You see where help is needed, jump in, and keep the vibe going.

You show new colleagues the ropes and give your team the confidence to grow. A question or a complaint? You listen, think along, and make sure there's a good solution. You're also available on weekends. At the end of the shift, you make sure everything's neatly set up for the next day, the till balances, and the doors are locked. After that, there's time to enjoy a successful evening together with your colleagues. Cheers!
